These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of floressence.events and all services provided by Floressence Hospitality Group ("FHG," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Floressence Hospitality Group provides wedding and event planning services, digital experience services (including custom wedding websites and digital stationery), and professional membership services through The Bloom Collective. Services are available primarily in Florida but extend to clients nationwide and for destination events worldwide. All services are subject to availability and the execution of a signed service agreement or purchase confirmation. FHG reserves the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
Our current service tiers are as follows:
All prices listed are starting prices. Final pricing is determined by the scope of services, event complexity, and any custom requirements. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, pricing agreed upon in a signed contract will be honored.
Deposits & Payment Schedule
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and secure FHG's services. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement. Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract.
Accepted Payment Methods
All payments must be received by the due dates specified in your agreement. Late payments may result in a hold on services or cancellation of your booking at FHG's discretion.
Digital Products
All digital product purchases (wedding websites, stationery suites, and bundles) are final sale. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, refunds are not available once access has been granted.
Client Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
FHG Cancellations
In the unlikely event that FHG must cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to illness, natural disaster, or force majeure), we will provide a full refund of all payments received or work with you to find a qualified replacement planner.
Membership in The Bloom Collective is subject to application review and acceptance by Vanessa Celestin. Membership is non-transferable. The following terms apply:
All content on floressence.events, including text, design, graphics, logos, photos, and digital products, is the intellectual property of Floressence Hospitality Group and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Digital stationery suites and wedding websites created for clients are licensed for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent from FHG. The Bloom Collective resources, prompt libraries, and materials shared with members are for personal business use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed outside the membership.

FHG is not responsible for delays or complications arising from a client's failure to fulfill these responsibilities.
Floressence Hospitality Group's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific services in dispute. FHG is not liable for:
FHG may recommend third-party vendors including photographers, caterers, florists, and venues. These recommendations are made in good faith based on experience and relationships. FHG is not responsible for the performance, quality, or conduct of any third-party vendor. Clients enter into independent contracts with all vendors directly unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
By engaging FHG's services, you grant Floressence Hospitality Group the right to photograph and document your event for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes, unless you expressly opt out in writing prior to your event date. No personally identifying information will be shared without your consent.
Floressence Hospitality Group utilizes AI-powered tools including our AI Concierge (Sage) and AI Receptionist to enhance client communication and service delivery. By interacting with these tools, you acknowledge that:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to mediation before pursuing litigation. The prevailing party in any legal proceeding shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees.
FHG reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on floressence.events with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
