I'm Vanessa Celestin, and for 23 years I've been creating celebrations that people carry with them long after the last song plays. Not because of the flowers or the lighting (though those matter deeply), but because of how the room felt. How the people in it felt.
I founded Floressence Hospitality Group on a simple belief: planning should feel like a gift, not a burden. When you work with us, you're not handed a checklist. You're held. You're heard. You're given the space to be fully present for the moments that matter most.
My work lives at the intersection of beauty and emotional care. I design celebrations where guests feel genuinely welcomed, where atmosphere tells a story, and where every detail exists to honor the people in the room. As Co-Founder of The Venco Group, vencoai.com, I also bring thoughtful innovation to the hospitality experience.
