Reflections from the Bridal Show Floor

In June 2025, I had the joy of representing Floressence Hospitality Group at the Bridal & Wedding Expo at the Broward County Convention Center.

It was beautiful.

The room overflowed with creativity, eye-catching wedding displays, inspired vendors, and engaged couples filled the space with excitement and big dreams. It reminded me why I love what I do: bringing clarity and calm into the wedding planning process.

Many Brides Are Overwhelmed, and They Shouldn’t Be

But while walking the floor, I also noticed something else…

A quiet sense of being overwhelmed.

Many brides-to-be walked through with wide eyes, not just filled with wonder, but silently asking:

“Where do I even begin?”

Brochures. Business cards. Conflicting advice. It was a lot.

Planning a Wedding Is About More Than Beautiful Details

This experience reminded me of something I hold close in my work as a South Florida wedding planner:

A bride should be able to be the fiancée, present, joyful, and in love, not buried in spreadsheets or overwhelmed by vendor decisions.
